TALK collaborates with community and business transformation leaders across various fields to broaden horizons, challenge assumptions, and discover root problems.

TALK is an experience-driven research and innovation management company that strives to help organizations in Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific to uncover opportunities and formulate innovative strategies. 

 

Established by two founding partners with over ten years’ industry experience in innovation and design, the team applies deep understanding of local and international markets, life and culture, to accurately monitor the pulse of today’s consumer needs.

Conduct research through Ethnographic approach, including in-depth and qualitative interviews, observations, and field visits. Analyse the basic needs and consumer behaviors, understand their. true desires and pain points, and re-present the relationship between service and product experience to consumption needs

Point-to-point service: customer analysis and research, investigative field visits (in-depth and spontaneous interviews, on-site observations, and service tests), data analysis and conclusions

Identify user behaviors and understand their potential needs through Persona/Archetypes development. Using customer journey maps to visualise the process of user experience, then identify key interaction points, existing gaps, pain points, and opportunities

Knowledge Research Dialogues
